2. General

Unless specified in writing, by making any purchase, the client accepts all of these conditions. No specification made by the client can change these conditions unless it has been authorized previously by the owner
A purchase is not finalized until it has been authorized by the owner.
The owner reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any purchase, refunding the cost paid by the client and being exempt from any other obligation

3. Form of Payment

Products and services must be paid for in advance by cash, credit card, bank transfer, by Paypal or any other method indicated at the time on the website.
To be able to make a payment with a credit or debit card, it is necessary to use a card in which the secure payment system has been activated. If you are unsure of how to activate the secure payment system, consult your bank.

A. ONLINE Flamenco Courses

The general conditions of the contract are for services offered by Estudio Flamenco Sevilla through their website

  1. Contract Legibility

In agreement with the relevant law, to contract the services offered, the client must have the legal legibility necessary for the signing of the contract, as established by the laws of the country of which they are a national.

  1. Description of Services

Estudio Flamenco Sevilla offers online course, mainly focussed on the study of flamenco, at both national and international level. The courses are delivered completely online, by means of our own didactic methodology to achieve continual learning centred on the requirements of the student.

  1. Contract Process

In order to initiate the contract process of courses on, it is first necessary to register as a user.
The price of each course includes VAT, in accordance with current legislation. Once the form of payment is chosen, it will be confirmed automatically.
The enrolment is individual and non-transferable from one person to the other.

  1. Forms of purchase in order to see the courses

They are available in two types:

  • With the purchase of a course. In this case, the course will be available to the client permanently in online form.
  • With the renting of a level. Upon renting a level, all the courses within a level will be activated, but only for the duration of one month. When this time has passed, if the client has not made a cancellation, the rent will be automatically renewed for another complete month. This rent will continue until the client makes a cancellation. You can cancel this subscription in the MY ACCOUNT menu in the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
  1. Forms of payment
  • The purchase of a course can be made by bank transfer, credit card or by Paypal.
  • The rent of a level can only be made by credit card or with Paypal.
  1. Course Procedure

Each student will follow their course online using a computer, TV, mobile phone, or tablet. To access the course, only their username and password is necessary. Our online project consists of a programme that is adapted to each level, guiding the student for comprehensive learning, with a daily routine to follow.
The use of the username and password is unique and non transferrable, and use by more than one person at the same time is an obvious attempt to defraud the company.

  1. Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the law 15/1999 ( 13 December) of the Protection of Personal Data, Estudio Flamenco Sevilla informs the user of the existence of personal data files created for company purposes, including the issue of academic certificates and the sending of advertisements for the services offered, or those which will be offered in the future. This information will not, under any circumstances, be passed to a third party.

In the absence of any objection, the client named in the data gives express consent to the total or partial use of the aforementioned data for the time necessary for the purposes specified above.
Users will be able to exercise their rights of access, alteration, cancellation, or opposition by contacting the email address or on their own personal page.

  1. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Estudio Flamenco Sevilla is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of the page, and of all elements contained within.
It is strictly prohibited to modify, broadcast, distribute, reuse, share or use whole or part of the content of the page for commercial or public purposes without the authorization of Estudio Flamenco Sevilla.
Breaching of any of the above mentioned rights could constitute an offence punishable in accordance with articles270 and ss. of the current penal code.

  1. Rights of Refund

The user will not have the right to a refund upon making a purchase or renting a course.

B. Intensive PRESENCIAL Courses

  1. Reserving a course

To make a reservation you must pay the agreed amount. You can pay through our website or through bank transfer. When making the reservation through our website, it is important to indicate your full name in “observations”. The amount of the reservation will not be refunded in any case.

  1. Cancellation of a Course

You can request the cancellation of a course. You need to contact us by email:

The amount of the reservation will not be refunded in any case. For the rest of the amount paid, it will be returned as follows:
If the cancellation is made before 7 days from the beginning of the course, 75% will be returned without having the reservation.
If the cancellation is made between 7 days and 1 day from the start of the course, 50% will be returned without having the reservation.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours from the start of the course, there will be no refund.

  1. Rights and obligations of the student.

Puntuality is important in the classes. The teacher will wait for 15 minutes after the established time, if the student does not arrive or inform the school of the delay, the class will be cancelled and will not be recuperated. The duration of the class will not be extended in cases of lateness.
In the case of lateness on the part of the teacher, the time lost will be recuperated completely.
The student must come with the appropriate clothing for the class. If the course is a dance course, the student must come with comfortable clothes, dance shoes and hair tied up.
