Buler\u00edas on Zoom Course \u2013 Level 1 \u2013 Beginners<\/h2>\n

With this Buler\u00edas Zoom course for beginners<\/strong>, you can learn to dance Buler\u00edas from home by following our live classes and then practising with the recordings.<\/p>\n

This course is designed for students who want to start learning to dance Buler\u00edas<\/strong> and progressively learn the main elements needed to dance this flamenco palo.<\/p>\n

During the classes, we work on footwork technique, arms and body movement, comp\u00e1s with palmas, marcajes, remates, pata\u00edtas, different ways of walking and the codes used by flamenco dancers. As the course progresses, we also introduce short choreographies to develop choreographic memory.<\/p>\n

    During this beginner-level Buler\u00edas Zoom course<\/strong>, you will progressively learn the elements you need to start dancing Buler\u00edas.<\/p>\n

    The course combines technique, comp\u00e1s, coordination and choreographic memory so that you can gradually acquire different resources and use them in your dancing.<\/p>\n

      How does the Buler\u00edas Zoom course work?<\/h2>\n

      In each class, we progressively work on the different elements needed to learn how to dance Buler\u00edas.<\/p>\n

      Footwork technique, arms and body<\/h3>\n

      We mainly work on footwork technique<\/strong> and practise arm and body exercises to gradually prepare your body for flamenco dancing.<\/p>\n

      Buler\u00edas comp\u00e1s with palmas<\/h3>\n

      We also work on comp\u00e1s with palmas<\/strong>, reinforcing the accents and practising basic exercises.<\/p>\n

      We use different music and speeds to help develop your ear and gradually become familiar with the comp\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

      Marcajes, remates and pata\u00edtas<\/h3>\n

      Throughout the course, we learn basic marcajes<\/strong> that gradually become more challenging.<\/p>\n

      We also work on remates and pata\u00edtas<\/strong>, progressively adding new resources for dancing Buler\u00edas.<\/p>\n

      Ways of walking and dance codes<\/h3>\n

      We learn different ways of walking and moving<\/strong> to enter and leave the stage.<\/p>\n

      We also explain the codes used by flamenco dancers<\/strong> and how to use them while dancing.<\/p>\n

      Choreographies and choreographic memory<\/h3>\n

      As the course progresses, we introduce choreographies<\/strong> to activate and develop your choreographic memory.<\/p>\n

      In this way, the different exercises, marcajes and resources that we learn are progressively integrated into the dance.<\/p>\n

      Pata\u00edtas with live music<\/h3>\n

      To finish the course, we choreograph several pata\u00edtas with live music<\/strong>, with guitar and singing, to perform on stage.<\/p>\n
